Advertising Guidelines
Deadlines: Ad insertion orders and all ad materials (copy, logos, photos, etc) are due by 3 p.m. the Friday prior to publication.Advertising design is provided at no cost to clients. We will work with the clients to understand your artistic direction, and can provide one proof for changes. Additional design work is available for an hourly fee.
Camera-ready ads must be in PDF file format and provided via e-mail or CD. Please request the digital ad specs sheet for specifications.
Ads must be bordered to separate them from editorial content. All political ads are pre-paid. All-text ads must contain the information that the text therein is a paid advertisement. All ads run with the ”right-side-up” orientation.
